Our organization consists of about thirty ladies who get together once a month to sew quilts for the under-privileged and aids babies. The raffle quilts we make are given to various charities to raise funds.
What a lovely time we had at our June Meeting. Our speaker Babette Greyling a very well known teacher of lace making in KZN gave a very inspiring talk and had the ladies attending the meeting dying to try it. Heather Stevens gave us an insight as to how the old folk live on a farm outside Port Shepstone, It makes us all realise just how lucky we are to be blessed with what we have.
